As the NXPRON software product is installed directly within the client’s own Microsoft Cloud environment, all data security, regulatory compliance, and privacy are fundamentally linked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Data Residency and Isolation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

NXPRON is deployed and executed exclusively within the client\u2019s own Microsoft Cloud environment. The NXPRON system does not transmit, transport, store, or disclose any customer information or data to any external destination or third party. 2. Access Control and Identity Management (Delegated Permissions)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Permissions to access, view, or modify information within NXPRON are managed and provisioned solely by the client through their own Microsoft Cloud identity management and access control systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NXPRON operates strictly on a “Delegated Permissions”<\/strong> model, meaning the system has no independent or application-wide access to customer data. It only functions by inheriting the security context of the authenticated end-user. The software can never bypass the client’s internal security policies; if a user does not have authorization to access specific data within the Microsoft Cloud, NXPRON cannot access it either.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Data Governance and Regulatory Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The client retains exclusive ownership, control, and legal responsibility as the Data Controller for all data processed by the system. The software architecture is designed to support global regulatory frameworks, including GDPR (EU) and HIPAA (US).
